Personally I prefer the Brown Eggs. don't know why, it could be because when I was a small child, that is what my Grandfather always had when we went to visit. and they were "Special Eggs" as he called them.
Probably aren't any different than white. but they bring back childhood memories for me.

Well they say brown eggs are local eggs and local are fresh! But I do prefer the organic brown eggs!

Absolutely NO difference in taste, quality or anything else.
Hens with white feathers and white earlobes will lay white eggs, whereas hens with red feathers and matching-colored earlobes lay brown eggs.
That's about it.

I think its a regional thing. Eggs in New England are brown.
