I've noticed that "every" single light skinned black girl has no dark skinned friends, think they are better than everyone, they act superior, have no courtesy for anyone, are SEVERELY stuck up, and always want a light skinned man. Why is that?

Oh please! I am a light skinned black woman. I have plenty of dark skinned girl friends and a dark skinned black husband. I am happy in my own skin, you should be too.
Stop hating on us. I get enough racism from other people, I don't need any more from my own race thanks.

In general they do think they are better and believe that they are more beautiful. Its not completely their fault because the blacks in our society constantly tell them that they are better so they didn't get that superior mentality on their own. I know light skin girls with dark skin friends and most of the light skin girls might think the dark skin girl is OK looking, but secretly the light skin person does think they are more attractive. The only time I see an exception to this rule is when the people are in a society that loves black people and therefor the lighter is not the better.

This is a generalization because not all people are like this, but I really don't befriend many light skin women for the same reason I don't befriend many skinny model type females because they subtly say things to belittle you and can't recognize equal beauty that is just different from theirs.

This is not true. I've been Black all of my life and I have had Black friends from all shades of Blackness. Not only my friends come in different shades, but also my relatives. If you do run into Black women who act like this, then you should pity them. Trust me, if you go back far enough on their family tree you'll find some dark skinned relatives. If it weren't for some of those dark skinned relatives, they wouldn't be here so they have no right to have that attitude. Find some Black people who respect and acknowledge all shades of Blackness and hang out with them.

I'm mixed and I have friends of all skin tones. I was on the bus the other day and there was 2 "light skin" Black girls and they were talking about how their hair is so much better than the dark skin girls in their school and how "light" they are. They were probably 16 but I guess they feel prettier because of how light they are. Its sad. I don't see it that much but it exist.

I disagree with you a lot. Do you see my avatar, that is my complexion. My friends are all colors. I never thought that I was better than any of my sistas. I always thought that dark skin was always so beautiful, it looks like smooth chocolate to me. Plus, dark skin is usually not pimpled up and blemished. It is beautiful. My husband is not light skinned at all. He is medium dark and so fine. I do not think that I am better, I am confident, but usually that has nothing to do with my looks. Most of the time it is because the achievements that I have made. For the ones that do that, I do not understand that.

I'm light skinned well tannish like a light or medium brown and I'm not biracial. That's just the way my skin tone is. But I have friends of all races. I have dark skinned friends, white friends, tan friends and what not. I choose my friends based on their personalities and if I think they are good people, not someone who would bring me down. Race or skin tone doesn't matter. Plus I like guys who are darker than me.

I have dark skin and all my friends are white and I don't get any hate from light skinned girls...You're generalizing and you should probably just hang out around different people

Hahaha I knew there had to be a catch about being black... hahaha... I am totally white, but I can think of one reason to answer your question, and it's the same reason why our blonds act the way they do, hence the blond jokes, so I have one answer for the light brown skinned black women, - they are stupid... no doubt. Because if the color of your skin makes you feel special, then you don't have much else working up there.

ok you're ignorant. im "light skinned" and i have friends of all skin complexions and races and i dont think im better than dark skinned black girls and i can speak for a lot of light black girls. as far as being stuck up - thats a matter of perception. and i dont even think black guys are cute so you can have them all!

Victims of the white media. "White is right". They're closer to it so they think they're closer to being superior. I'm not saying this is the mindset of all light-skinned women, but I've seen the kind you mention and they're ridiculous.
Do they not know that they are that color because their ancestors were brutally raped by their masters? That's nothing to be proud of.
