I have recently just taken the SAT and have gotten a 1085 out of 1600. I'm in 6th grade so this seems kinda low. I am studying to increase my score. Also any tips or laws to work with the algebra?

Harry, that is a GREAT score for a 6th grader! You will do better once you've taken Geometry and Algebra 2 in school 'cause they cover many of the topics on the SAT. The best thing to do is get a book by the College Board that has 8 or 10 real SAT tests in it. It used to be called "10 Real SATs", but just make sure it's by the College Board and it has lots of full length practice tests in it. Also, the books by Princeton Review do not have good tests, but they have some good explanations of the topics covered on the exam.

P.S Amazon has a good selection and some people even sell the books used for a couple dollars each + $3.50 shipping. You don't need a new book, BUT there is a NEW SAT as of about a year ago, so the book should be a recent one that reflects those changes.
