You draw a card with an uncommonly used word and it's real definition, and then you have to provide a fake definition to the other players and see if they can guess. ...or something like that.

Balderdash.
And as stated before, it's a fantastic game. Currently after about 30 games in the last 15 years or so (I only play it at large family get togethers, Thanksgiving & Christmas Eve) I've won 20 games. I guess it's because I'm such a great B.S. artist.. or so my wife says anyway.
