help with screen resolution???

My tv is hooked up to my computer with an s video cord and i have my resolution set to the highest possible but i am still missing part of the screen on my tv... is there any way to make the screen smaller so i can see it?

you may want to check the formatting ! like is it set to ntsc or pal? may want to check those settings! it should be set on ntsc for USA and pal for canada etc....
