I just read a report on the white supremacy, and how they view other races who they believe, are inferior to them. . Even though, they can easy be proven wrong. In addition, there will aways be people who don't fix all stereotypes.

yep. Usually, if you grow up hearing all these negative things about your race and you do not know enough to question it, then chances are you are going to remain that way and feel inferior to others till you learn enough about yourself and question the status quo. It is easier in today's society for someone from a white race to have a sense of high self esteem than for someone of a minority race. Some people from minority races are lucky to have great family figures that negate their societal influences but as i said, for someone in a minority race, it's more like climbing a hill, vs just walking on a street for someone who is white.
There is also the issue of expectations. Most teachers in elementary schools, high schools, colleges and surprisingly, even post graduate, professional spheres have low expectations for people of minority races compared to other races and as studies have shown, a teacher's expectation strongly influences how good or how bad a student ends up doing.
The key is to take matters into your own hands because as a minority, if you are waiting for people to prop you up and tell you you are awesome and smart and can do it, you have a long wait coming. All you are going to hear is how or why you are not good enough

Yes they sometimes do. I attended a predominately white high school and had to hear the stereotypes all the time. Thank God I had a mother who taught me to be proud of my heritage. But I noticed some of the other black kids at my school suffered from self-hatred.
