Hello . how can i, or is it possible to put my old video card and sound card from my old pc to my new on ?? is this possible??

It's very possible so long as your NEW board has the same type slots as your old board.

For example. IF the video card in your old pc is an AGP card, and your new computer has an AGP slot, then you'll be fine. HOWEVER, chances are that your new computer uses the newer type of video connection which is called PCIXpress.
The audio card shouldn't be a problem as long as your old computer wasn't ancient. The audio card probably hooked up to your PCI slot. And I'm sure your new computer has PCI slots, so that shouldn't be a problem at all.

Yes its actually fairly easy. First like the above guy said make sure they are cards in your old computer, and make sure you have the slots in your new computer. For how to actually do the work check the link below. It talks about the installation and drivers.

It is possible *IF* the sound card and video card are cards themselves and NOT built-into the old motherboard.

Provided the "other" computer has the same sots as your old one. (such as PCI, etc.......)
