Sapphire and Amethyst?

How is the Sapphire and Amethyst the same? and how are they different? Can you give me soucres from where u find them please

sapphire is blue and amethyst is a purple color and try a jewelry store

Hey, Curl whatever, a Sapphire is NOT white. It's a blueish color, thank you very much. Sapphire is the birthstone for September birthdays (like me!) and Amethyst gems are for February birthdays. <3

well i know that amethyst is purple and sapphire is white because im born in february and i have that birthstone ,.
