Eject it manually via the internal pinhole.

Most Macs don't have a manual pinhole eject. The first obvious answer would be to press the eject key on the keyboard. I assume you have tried this already. Go to disk utility and select your CD drive and click on eject and see if that works. If you have a third party burning software like Toast, you can select your CD drive and use the eject command in it also.
