1. $259(1.13) = $292.67
(The first 1 from the left is to multiply the initial value and the increase rate)

2. Take the recent years divided by previous. 235/250 = 0.94; So therefore it's a 6% decrease.

3. Really, the question is saying that it's an increase of 28% on Saturday, so 216*1.28= around 276 people. (276.48 to be exact, but you cannot have 0.48 of a person)

4. 336/350 = 0.96. Therefore it is a 4% decrease. But you want to know the value of next year, so multiply 336 with 0.96 and it will decrease again by 4%. 336*0.96 = $322.56.

5. $331.17/$399= 0.83. Therefore it is a discount rate of 17%
