well, first of all your wording is confusing.
can a doctor tell you that your pregnant even after you've miscarried? is that your question, and if so:
yes, well, technically, no...after you miscarry your body still has lots of pregnant hormones so a blood test and piss test will have a positive result. when doing an ultrasound the dr. will see there is no fetus.
sometimes your body will not fully expell all the tissue from your womb so your womb continues to grow and you're pregnant hormones continue to rise as if you were pregnant. this is called a molar pregnancy.

If it was before, during, or right after the miscarriage, the doctor could diagnose it, but not if you went to the doctor like a month later and the miscarriage was really early, like before 6 weeks. The baby and uterus are too small to have made a permanent difference in the look of your uterus and cervix at that time, and it would be much like having a period. The only way they could tell later is if you had an incomplete miscarriage and didn't pass all the tissue, as that could stay inside you and cause infections later on...that they would notice! But an uncomplicated miscarriage early on...no, it wouldn't leave a mark each time yo get peregnant or miscarry, like how trees get rings for every year they grow.

They can tell up until the HCG levels are completely gone... which depending on how far along you were in your pregnancy they could be higher or lower. My friend was 11 weeks along and it took 2 weeks for her HCG levels to be completely gone. So if you werent that far along it might take less... just depends on how long your body is taking to flush it out. Your body usually does it pretty swiftly to prepare itself for the next pregnancy.

My friend was only about 3 weeks. The doctor knew she was, but when she went back there was no trace of the baby because her period started and the body cleansed itself!!!

it depends on what stage of pregnancy you were in. as far as abortions yes we can tell so my advice is to be honest with your doctor and don't lie.
