Since no guys have answered I'm going to give it a shot at answering it myself. I think that ugliness (and i mean physical ugliness) cannot be determined from one facial characteristic. Being unattractive is usually a combination of several undesirable characteristics. A girl with chubby cheeks can be ugly or pretty depending on how well it goes with her look. She can look cute if her cheeks make her face look more full. If it does nothing to improve or worsen her look, how beautiful she otherwise determined. If she has other unattractive features, her cheeks can contribute to an overall chipmunk look. That being said, I think that chubbier cheeks are much nicer than bony ones. My face is on the round side and - not to sound vain or anything - but most people agree that I am quite pretty. While you might not want to think about this now but girls with fuller faces also have the advantage of aging more slowly and getting less wrinkles.
