Well for me it took two parents getting busy in the back of a 1960's VW Bus.. .to create one truly unique Californian!!!!!

I think what makes a Californian is trying to find the best place to invade.... Oregon, Washington now Idaho... We have what is called Californication. Y'all move here, raise our taxes build a million stupid houses then try and change our laws...

Generally speaking, sexual intercourse between two people who live and also have the baby in California... that is the only way I know to make a Californian.

It depends... I'm from Jefferson (northern CA and a bit of southern Oregon), which is a lot different than southern CA (anything below San Francisco). But I'd say sunshine for all of us.
