depends on what you have access to --- email Yahoo messenger MSN messenger all make it easy to send a photo so just see what you friend has access to and use that

i would scan my picture,well it says scan on the very bottom of your printer if it is a printer/copier/scaner.you put your picture in the printer,press scan and wait.then computer will help you with the rest.when the picture is scanned,it will show your picture and then take your mouse and move it on the picture and right-hand clickand go down to email-go to my email program.
