I don't know the answer cause I don't have my calculator on me, but here's a start.

Raise "e" to the 0.4 power on your calculator. ("e" is 2nd ln on the calc I think)

Multiply that answer by 15.

Divide that answer by t, which brings the t to the left side of the equation.

Then just work the problem like a regular equation.
