I live in Louisiana and yes the south is still as racist as it has always been. Just more hidden. At my place of work, when I am working, I am white, and another black lady is working with me, 3 out of 5 people will go to me instead of the black lady. The south will always be racist.

Unfortunately yes. I lived in a small upstate NY town , we had a few African American families and we saw no difference in color. Now that I moved to Florida I do see it. Especially in the older people . My friend works in a nursing home, some older people will not allow a black nurse or aide to give them a bath or dress them. The city I live in I am ashamed to say , only has a few black families. I even had the neighbor next door , who is in his 40's tell me they do not want blacks ( and they did not use that word) here. Pathetic.

I've lived in the west as well as the south east. There's not much of a difference, I knew several White Nationalist out west, people are just more open about it in the south.

I don't think as much. You should see all the white girls who go with black men down here (Florida)
