if so: can you get it restuffed at any build-a-bear workshop store? or a specific on and i dont really need to know this as much but how much do you think it would cost?

Yes you can and I don't think they charge you anything. I took my niece in there to have her bear resewn because his stitches came loose and they put some more stuffing in him free of charge. They are a great company.

but if its not possible, then try using some xmas cotton snow...
thats the type of stuffing they use in most bears...

yeah you can and they dont charge as long as you still have that barcode thing in him
