How is GRAW 2 for the xbox 360?

i like to play online, so give me your opinions on if it is good or not? is it worth buying? I like to play Call of duty 3, and tell me if this is better or worse gameplay and graphics.

Graphics are great, but personally I'm a halo fanatic, so GRAW isin't a very good game in my eyes. It did recieve a 9.5 outta 10 in the magazines, so that should mean something.

its ok i'd be careful it crashes all the time check the internet i know it does to the point that some people wont play it
