MK is a must do. I love going to Animal Kingdom just because you really feel like you left the US for a short while when on the Safari and it's so unusual. But it is the smallest of the parks and doesn't really need a full day. So if you are basing your choices on time, you might consider that.
If I had to choose only 2, I would go for MK and Epcot. I think those parks offer the most to do and an interesting range of things. Is there any way you can do a park hopper for one of the days and maybe combine 2 parks? You could do an early morning safari, when they say you see the most animals, poke around, then switch to Epcot which is best at night anyway (assuming you are there when the parks have late hours...forget this if not).
I honestly don't think you will go wrong with any choice you make! All are great. I'm just thinking of making the most of your time and doing as much as possible.
And of course if you are over 21 Pleasure Island is SOOOOOOOOOO much fun at night if you can work it in. But the good thing about Disney is there is always next time! So have a blast at whatever you do this trip and the rest will be there waiting for you next time!
Have fun! You really can't make a bad choice!

I have to agree with Whitney, my favorites are:
Magic Kingdom
MGM
Epcot (3rd by a slim margin)
Animal Kingdom
Depending on how I feel, sometimes Epcot could jump to 2nd. MGM has much better rides than Animal Kingdom, and better shows and other attractions. Also, it is open past dark, where the AK is only open during the day. It is not a bad choice, it depends on what you like. I have had fun at all of the parks, it just comes to personal preference. Sea World is an o.k. choice, but it is not a full day trip. I would stay away from Universal and Islands of Adventure, for the simple fact that they are all about thrill rides. If I wanted just thrill rides, I can do that near my home and save myself a ton of time and money. I didn't think that they were all that spectacular for what they charge to get into those places. The Six Flags near my house was just as good.
I recommend checking out www.disneyworld.com and looking to see if there are any attractions or rides that you want to see. Also, you can pick up the Birnbaum's guide to WDW. There are tons of guide books out there, but that one has been the best for us.
Have a great trip!

Unlike most of the other parks, Animal Kingdom is a daytime-only park, therefore you usually leave the park around 5 or 6 pm and there are no fireworks. This is mostly due to the fact that Animal Kingdom has animals which are sensitive to firework noise and do not come out in the dark. Animal Kingdom is often critized for not having enough exciting rides and not enough animals to see, however; the recent addition of the Expedition Everest rollercoaster has dramatically increased the park's popularity. I recommend you visit the park website for lots of helpfull information:

Magic Kingdom is an excellent choice as one of your two parks, that is definetly the must-see park at Disney World.

Animal Kingdom is nice if you don't mind leaving early. There really isn't all that much to do there. If I had to pay for a one day pass I honestly don't believe I'd be getting my money's worth when you compare this park to the others. Don't get me wrong AK is a nice park it just doesn't have as much. If I had an option of only one park I guess it would be Epcot. They close later than the other parks and you'll get to see the laser and fireworks show in the World Showcase lagoon. This is a wonderful way to end the night. There's a lot to do at Epcot. Besides it gives you an oppurtunity to shop for unique gifts from around the world. Epcot and MK will make a very nice trip. :)

From the Magic Kingdom is only a monorail ride away from Epcot Center. In Epcot Center you can find replicas of a few countries like, Japan, Italy, Germany and others as you walk around the park. It has tomorrowland which it has rides and are very intense. Also you can sit in a cabin and feel like if you were in a space shuttle that is being launched to space. It is a very intense visual effect that can make you quasy very easy but it is only thru minor motion and a great visiual screen right in front of your face. You can also visit Space Kenedy Center and learn all about the space quests. It is another interesting park. Then again you can find Universal Orlando which it has way too much to see, restaurants that by 10pm become clubs and you girls will have a great time. Plese always follow safety measures when traveling in any area. Hope that helps, Lizette Olson

Yes, Animal Kingdom is very good. Go to the lion king show, it's tough to be a bug, the Kali river rapids, Definitely the 30 minute jungle safari ride, dinosaur, and the new Mt. Everest. The train ride to conservation station only if you have time. My opinion.
I think it is better than MGM or Epcot. have a good time!!!
But if you go to MGM, don't miss Fantasmic at night, or tower of terror.
Mission to mars at Epcot is very much stress but a good experience as you feel immense pressure like you are leaving earth. And do test track. Epcot is open to 9 and animal Kingdom closes at 5 usually.
google disneyworld.disney.go.com and click parks and each park has an explanation of each ride with some clips.

Universal's Islands of Adventure is the best park in Orlando. Disney's MGM is best park at Disney World unless you are looking to entertain kids 10 years old or less, in which case, the Magic Kingdom would be a better choice. I didn't care for Animal Kindgom. The coaster wasn't there when I went, so I would go there again, but just for that and then scram outta there. I absolutely hated that area where the animal are that you have to take a train to get to. I hate that train because there is no other way out of that rat hole and the line to get on it was gigantic - I was like a rat trapped in a cage.

Animal Kingdom is definitely a good choice, if you like animals. My experience was when my uncles wipers on the car were pulled off by a monkey during one of those drive through rides. I would definitely recommend Magic Kingdom and Typhoon Lagoon.

If you love animals, there is nothing like it. Generally, AK is the park with the least to do. Epcot is the most "adult" park. If you're looking for fine dining, it's the place to go. (Most people aren't.) MGM is movies/thrill rides, basically. If I had to choose just two parks, I'd choose MK and MGM, but I think I'd miss AK tremendously and possibly regret my decision. AK is a wonderful choice. You will like it a lot. Have a wonderful time! See you there!!

Magic Kingdom, medium size. Lots to choose from. Rides and shows.
Animal Kingdom. BIG! Lots to choose from also. Mostly animal-oriented. But fun too.
EPCOT. I like this place the best. Especially the future world.
MGM Studios. Small. OK. Lots of shows, some rides.
Univesal Studios; my favorite place!
Islands of Adventure; also my favorite place!
Sea World; OK. Hear they are building another park across the street.
Busch Gardens in Tampa. My second favorite place.
All worth seeing. You will not be disappointed.
