I think, if you want any real help, that you will need to supply most of the following information:
-PC or MAC
-Operating System
-Software or document from which you wish to print
-Printer connection (on a network, connected directly via USB or Parallel)

If you tell people this information you might avoid the smart-a@@ responses such as the one above.

Connect the printer with your computer.
Install print driver
Select appropriate port
Fire prints.

Read the owners manual that came with your printer

install the disk that comes with your printer
then when you need to print go, file-print
and it should

hi,
Just connect ur printer
In settings->printers and faxes->find ur printer
Rt.click on it set as default
