I have a project due on everything about marijuana, and i can't find when the drug was introduced for public use? Can anyone tell me what year it was introduced to the public and the site they found that on? Thanks!!!

Around 4000 B.C. the Chinese began using hemp for the production of textiles. 2727 B.C. was the first recorded use of Cannibis as a medicine. I am pretty sure that marijuana grew wild and the cavemen didn't know how to smoke so they made brownies out of it and the Indians saw them howling and running around the fire and they decided the cavemen were having all the fun so they waited til night and stole some, now the spiritual leader knew all about the peace pipe so he stuffed some in there and lit it up-he began to run around the fire howling like the cavemen-and then he got sleepy and took a nap, then he woke up and ate all the jelly beans they stole from the people at Disney World.

Marijuana is a wild growing weed. I don't believe it was ever introduced to the public. Someone probabably tried to burn it in a campfire one night and discovered it's effect.

Public use? It is a weed growing wild in some southern states. (And a highly cultivated crop in other states where the cartels grow it.)
