when ever i overclock my computer i just go to the bios and change to fsb right i dont have to bipass passwords or change anything hard just change the bios fsb cuz my motherboard will only let me go to 200mhz fsb but i think the Abit AB9 lets u go to 400mhz

On most computers I believe that you have to actually change a wire on the circuit board. This is not something you want to do unless you are experienced, and are very good at soldering.

You are talking about memory RAM with front side buss. What you have to do is change the clock speed itself.
