Harvest Moon Magical Melody Gamecube Version

How do I get the "Art Note"?
Some guides say you only need to get the painting from Lyla after aquiring 6 hearts for Henry.
Others say you need to get the aging pot too!

I have gotten the painting AND the aging pot!
And used the aging pot!
Both Henry and Saibara have 6 HEARTS!
What else do I gotta do?
Don't tell me to go to a game cheat website!
IVE CHECKED EVERYTHING!

When you get your friend level high enough with Henry, you have to go over to the lake and get a cutscene with him painting a picture. He'll mention it to you. You should get the note there, if you have both the items. And yes you need the aging pot.

There is an artist and he looks like he is drawing a painting and you have to give him his favorite foods (and his favorite is the hot kinds of foods and there is one type of root thatis hot and grows in the summer time and he really likes it if you give it to him). If you give him one of those everyday, he should be able to give you the painting or you will be able to buy the painting (I forgot her name, but you meet her at the anual flower thing during the first year - that is if you donate a flower). I hope this is helpful, but I just forgot her name, but the artists name is Henry.
