In all seriousness, I’d focus on the elements of your selling process, as well as the outcome. Perhaps

Sales calls handled or generated – volume into the funnel
Quotes generated, quotes followed – the funnel
Stale quotes revised or negotiated - closing
Orders received – out the funnel

I used to hate being judged solely on the outcome, when the outcome is not entirely under my control. Now the selling process is more under my control.
