i want to have plenty of different experiences in many different kinds of job's. so i can be more well rounded and able to work anywhere doing anything. plus i'm trying to find a nitch, something that i enjoy that would make good money. but i'm afraid that all these different jobs for only four months at a time might look like i'm some kind of flake that can't cmmit to something long term. i do have an excuse for the breif times at the different jobs. it's because we're a military family and we've moved more in the last three years than i'd care to get into detail about.

Temp! I have plenty of experience in so many different jobs over the past 20 years that my resume is a crazy quilt of different types of jobs, for varying amounts of time, at various companies, big and small. I liked bouncing around, but now I'm looking for perm with 1 company for a few years.

People will understand that you move around a lot if you were working for agencies, and were getting temp assignments. What they DON'T understand is if you move from 1 full-time, permanent job to another, in a short period of time.

Go work for a large corporation. When you interview, ask them if they have a rotational program. Many large companies have a program where new hires change jobs every 3 to 6 months for the first 2 or 3 years of their career.
