I basicly dont know how to get to the quests. it doesnt tell you or anything. any help would be appreciated thanks

It's near Bravil or Leyawin. Go to your local game store and bring $20 with you. Buy the Oblivion expansion hint book. It has a complete walk through for the Shivering Isles and the Knight of the Nine quests.

im assuming you just mean starting the actual quests and that you've already downloaded the materials? i haven't started them myself yet, but i believe there is an 'new' isle in which you need to locate and visit. i've heard people saying that the quest updater doesn't work the way you're used to, too.
