All trade such as shoemaker, blacksmith, carpenter, etc, farmers (they were vital), servants, maid, various jobs in the royal court, street sweepers and the such, as well as actors, poets for royals, soldiers, explorers for the king, etc.
As for the average wages-- they aren't really known. Farmers and tradespeople often made just enough money to survive. Royals were rich beyond rich, soldiers were given a small salary. The reason it is hard to know the money they made, was a lot of times wealth wasn't measured. There were no census's. As well, people weren't paid standard salaries in cash. Knights and soldiers were given land/money/armour/servants, explorers were given the rights of the new kingdom and random shares of wealth, and so forth.
