I hope so. The news programs and just about all the newspapers only print what they want you to hear and see. They don"t tell about the schools that have opened up. the shops that have opened, the trust and friendship the people are starting to feel toward ou soldier's, and America . The freedom the women now have , they can go to schools go out in public without a male walking beside her. There are so many wonderful things happening over there. The soldiers believe in what they are doing , most of them do. But the big news stations only show the ones who don't. they only show the bad. The democrats keep saying the Iraq war is another Vietnam......Well if we pull out now or anytime before the Iraqi people are ready it will be.The Iraqi people who have been working with us will be slaughtered. President Bush has finally smartened up, he's sending in more troops. If the Dem's smarten up and release the money for the soldiers weapons and ammunition etc., not all that Pork they attached to it. Just release the war money and let our soldier's do their job.

I do not support John McCain's views very often but he asked a simple question this morning on some newtwork news show - If the members of congress who keep saying the troops should come home immediately really meant that, why is that not what they are asking for? If it is such a horrible mistake, why drag it out for 18 more months? Think hard.

Yes, that is if it get's through the senate which most likely it will not. There are not enough senators that want to make it look like their not supporting the troops or not allowing them to do their job.
