Throw a dart at the map. San Antonio always felt hot to me. The people in Houston complain all the time about heat and humidity. No Trees might be the one you want. Oddesa and Midland are sitting out there cooking without a decent shade tree in a hundred miles.

I have lived in Texas all my life, in all the big cities. All the cities in Texas have temperatures higher than 105F, during the summer. West TX; El Paso, is dry, so it doesn't feel as bad. Central TX (Dallas, Austin, San Antonio are very humid/ moist during the summer, your skin gets all sticky and your clothes sticks to you), Houston/Galveston, Corpus are on the coast so they are a little cooler (around 100f) but a lot more humid. But TX has a lot more to offer than it's hot temperatures.
