whats the best way to get whiter teeth?

ok if your looking for cheep and 3 day results use crest whitestrips (any type is fine).if your looking for a long term effect that works within a week use gosmile (but they are 80$) aqua fresh has bleach trays..im not sure how well they work but i heard there pretty good...people say they taste nasy though..good luck

If you go to a dentist and have them whiten your teeth for you youll get the best results but it costs a lot. If you want to try something cheaper but still effectives, try using Crest Whitestrips Original. They usually cost between 15-20 dollars, only need to be used twice a day, and last for about 6 months to a year. I used them and noticed a big difference and they seemed to have kept my teeth whiter for a good year.

I recently used Crest whitestrips and I saw results in the first couple of days. I recommend them to anyone who does not want to spend a lot of money by getting their teeth whitened at the dentist's.

They sell a variety of brands at Wal-Mart and you can do it at home. Also try putting a bit of baking soda on your tooth paste when brushing your teeth, it works really good.

i tried the crest whitestrips and they hurt my gums....but then i found this gel you put on your teeth called smile....they sell it at most beauty supply places. its works really well and its not outrageously priced

brush ur teeth really well, mouthwash, floss, brush ur teeth again, and then use crest whitener strips.
