iv tryed so much, i wear makeup to feel less ugly, and once in my life i even tryed to starve myself to feel less fat, WAT DO I DO

Oh hun don't do that. If you feel so bad maybe you need a new crowd of people to hang with and talk it out with someone. Remember you are only as ugly as you think you are. By the way you want to stop putting on all that makeup because 10-20 years from now you won't be so pretty. That stuff makes you look less attractive and your face older than you really are. Working out will make you feel a little better about yourself and build inner confidence. But if you can't look in the mirror and love yourself I would recommend counseling. GOOD LUCK

I suspect you are neither fat or ugly but have what is called body dismorphic disorder. It is a very serious problem. I know because I had it.
It didn't matter how thin I was or how beautiful everyone said I was, I still felt fat and ugly.
Please help yourself by reading books on this disease that you should be able to borrow from the library, or go to see a psychologist/psychiatrist/councillor. There are also a million pages of information on the internet about these issues.
People who have BDD can end up in all sorts of trouble. Anorexia, bulimia, social problems etc.
It sounds corny, but you need to love yourself, or at the least like yourself. How can you be happy and give to others if you can't be generous with yourself.

Well, you should never feel that bad about yourself! I know easier said then done. I was in your position once before too. I had gained 50 lbs after having my son. Watch Phat Girls, might make you feel a little better. lol But try working out a little. I work at curves and it is a great and fun place to be, no will judge you, because they are all their for the same reason. You can do it hun! Don't feel bad, and definitely do not listen to some of the answers on here, they don't help. Go to curves get your body in shape then just go get a new look. New hair everything. And just think after you lose weight, you can shop for a whole new wardrobe. All the make up and diets in the world won't help you.
How I know? Because I have the same problem.
People tell me I'm beautiful all the time, yet I still can't look in the mirror and feel gorgeous.
It's your self esteem that needs to be fixed. I'm sure you are not really "fat", or ugly....but when you look in the mirror, your perception is off.
Keep telling yourself you're the hottest girl in the world. Because even if you are beautiful, you won't feel that way...ever...unless you have the self esteem. You'll keep looking for solutions on how to make yourself prettier (even though you already are) and you'll never feel satisfied.
Most girls go through the same problem from my experience...even the most popular, pretty ones...from experience...feel self concious about their looks. It's something that gets better as you get older and you learn to care less.

i m sure that you are not ugly or very fat i think that the only problem is that you need to trust in yourself and believe me even if you are ugly or fat that won't mater cos the person is what he feel inside whatever he look like if he is Good person people will love him maybe they will take some time but in the end they will it happened with me ... i don't advise you to have a surgery just practice sport and have a healthier food and don't starve your self cos that won't help you in reality it's dangerous for your self ...don't wear a lot of makeup just look normal us much as possible so people will know the real person who is inside you and if people didn't like you that doesn't mean that you are ugly or that your fat no it's just there point of view and by the way it's better that people like you for your personality than for your look because a person is not just a body he is a heard and mind so use them to have friends i mean real friend and don't forget to take care of your self

what you can do is you can go to a make-up specialist like at macys or JcPennys and have them give you a mak-over and ask them to teach you how to put it on and buy the stuff that they used so that will make you look better. now for your eating, you shoulded starve your self. what i do is i calorlie count! i dont go over 1200 calories a day. Also, it is good to eat a small amount of food (snacks) 5-6 times a day. This boosts your matabolism and helps you burn fat. if you starve youself then your body goes into panic mode and stores everything you eat to fat and your matabolism goes down and you actually gain wait. even eating 2-3 times a day starves your body. also you should try to get some kind of excercise a day. like if you dont like outside then you can go on a tredmill or you can run up and down the stairs to get your blood going. this can help you.
but dont forget a lot of guys dont go for looks they go for peronality. you should also except the way you are. you can only help your body so much, the rest it does by its self. besides on the inside, everyone looks the same.

We all feel ugly at times. Try not to cover your face with loads of make up because then you become dependant. Without seeing your face it is difficult to give advice.

To loose weight -
1) Instead of snack food like crisps, have an apple. I find that because an apple usually takes a long time to eat, by the time you've finished, you can't be bothered to eat anymore.
2) Always have breakfast. Cereal is good if it's something like branflakes with skimmed milk, no sugar.
3) I wouldn't suggest eating carbs after 1pm. And when you do eat carbs, eat them in small does.
4) Try to include more negative calorie foods in your diet like celery and lettuce.
5) Only drink water - no tea, coffee, cola.
6) You can't go wrong with salmon (not tinned!). It's very healthy for you.
7)Exercise, take out a gym memebership, and make yourself go. Aim to go twice a week for a whole month. Then up it to three times a week for a whole month. The key is to gradually up the amount of exercise that you do and to get in a routine. There is no point in trying to go 5 times a week first off because you simply won't bother.
8) If you are hungry, consider the time. It's 9/10 in the evening, then just go to bed. The way I see it is that there is really no point in eating anything and then going to bed. You might as well go straight to bed because whilst you are sleeping you don't notice that you are hungry.

ok. first thing. if i knew you then i would say that i would punch you in the face, no i should slap you.
even if someone is fat or everweight or chunky or whatever they should never tell themselfs that they are fat or ugly!
you need to get your self confidence back, your self-esteem.
go on a diet. i am on the south beach diet and yes it is a bad diet but it does work. and it is the way people wear make up that helps their features. i dont know or care how you do it, but make it look good on you. dont wear it like everyone else. and i have brown eyes and brown hair, so i use brown eyeliner. i dont know what you look like, but just play around with your make-up to see what truely works for you.
and stop telling yourself that you are fat and ugly. it wont help you any! it only makes you feel worse and then you will mostlikey gain more weight.
i am not sure whatelse to say, but if i can think of more then i will update it.
i dont mean to sound rude, but that is only the way to get it across, for me atleast.

Listen to the song " The Middle" by Jimmy Eat World. Really listen to the lyrics and realize that fat or skinny, ugly or pretty the person you are today will be with you always. Accept yourself for the human being that you are.

to be honest... you probably aren't that fat and ugly if you admit it. most fat and ugly people try to hide it.
second of all different things are attractive to different people.
some people like fat and not necessarily 'attractive' people, so don't worry.
anyway i don't know what all this about excersize is...
i am thin and i never excersize!! and all i eat it chocolate. you see i'm a vegetarian who doesn't like vegetables so chocolate, pizza, pasta and noodles are my only foods :D
oh and mcdonalds chips and milkshake (with sweet and sour sauce).
but if you are fat do not go to macdonalds because it's filled with fat people usually. i went in the other day and i was the only thin one. even the little kids were slightly fat!!
but as for being ugly... if there are things you seriously don't like about your appearance there's always plastic surgery! if they aren't too bad you can correct with makeup. fat people usually look prettier as their skin is stretched if that makes sense.
