yes, but everyone calls it empowerment. btw i have nothing against female canidates just people who vote based on gender or race. and it goes both ways not voting for a woman because she's a woman is just as wrong. equal opportunity should really mean equal not help those who were once unequal because that just makes those who used have all the opportunities look down on them for accepting hand-outs. i had to explain to seperate myself from all the other white men who seem angry that women and non-whites can have a chance in this world.

Personally, I think it would be in very bad taste to vote for somone simply because they are of the same gender; but I guess I can't say that it doesn't happen. Yes, sadly there will be some people that will go out and vote for Hilary just because she is a woman. But on the other hand, there will probably be a bunch of angry men that will make a point of NOT voting for Hilary simply because she is NOT a man- even if she was the best candidate. It sucks that people are so small minded and idiotic, but that's life. I think that everyone should stop whining and being so immature. It's just ridiculous. Don't vote for somone who is going to run our country into the ground based on a childish whim. Do your research, and vote for the person that you think is going to do the best job- reguardless of their gender.

By the way "GO JUNIOR"- I really hope that you aren't registered to vote. You really need to grow up.

NOT voting for a female just because she's female is gender bias. There are lots more men who will not vote for a woman than there are women who will not vote for a man.

It is certainly a poor use of a rational mind to choose any candidate for most roles on the basis of gender alone.

We gave females the right to vote, so now they have a need to vote for females only.

It's like when we gave ***** slaves the right to own a gun, they started killing us.

A females will always vote female, they're like a regime.
