Right now i have been attending a community college for this year. i currently have a 2.5 and will have my associated. When i first went to college my freshman year i went to another community college at home and have a 2.86. Do i have to put down my gpa and university i got kicked out of? I know if i dont i would have a 2.68 gpa with the two colleges combined and i have to i will have a 2.34 gpa with the 3 colleges i have attend. how can they find out i attend 3 different colleges.

Your question isn't that clear-- but if you were kicked out of a university for your marks (or any reason) you HAVE to tell them. Lying on your application form will automatically have you kicked out-- not a great idea.

Yes you do. I had this problem too. Went to college at 18 was placed on academic probation. Then at 48 I attended a community college and had to list the grades from before and work my average upwards. I had to revisit the grades again when I entered the university. There I had to get grades to raise my GPA again. For me it all worked out in the end.

Just let the college know that you finally got you act together with studying for your classes. Also, that you now realize how important it is to do well in your classes in that the GPA impacts the offers you will get for jobs once you graduate.

YES. There are ways that they can find out. Besides, they will focus more on your recent schoolwork than your old one. Admit you got kicked out, show them that you've improved since then, and let them know what you LEARNED ABOUT FAILING in the essay...they love to hear about how you overcame failure, personal difficulties, etc..and how you learned from the experience...use it to your advantage!!!
