In theory...yes...but this poor drunk person might have the helmet on his elbow...the knee pads on his head and the elbow pads on his knees

Why not !!? It would stop them doing so much damage to each other and ending up in casualty wasting the NHS's resources every weekend!!!
( They could also be provided with a ball and chain, then they could stay put until the alcohol wears off the next day)

Don't forget the pad on their backside. They always manage to stumble back wards, do a sort of rocking motion and get up again

Not hardly. There are already too many stupid laws in this world now. What happened to freedom? Sorry, I am sick of so many laws everytime we turn around.

yeh..
i'm an experienced drunk..
we thought trolleys were fun and ended up with a broken arm.. another ended up in a coma playing chicken in traffic..

so yes..
it was before jackass so i can't even blame them! ; )
