Ifi cant continue on with that then i can't go to university for the program I want. Ive always wanted to go into the sciences ever since i was little. maybe you need a different tutor who can better communicate the concepts of math to you. when I was taking business math at a university I had to do that and it saved my bacon!!! (my first tutor could not even speak good english)

Hi Sweety Pie. Usually when you start having trouble with a subject in which you normally excel, it suggests that somewhere you failed to learn certain terms/definitions and/or certain basic concepts. You may need to 'back track' to the point where you understand things, then find the point where you start getting lost. Most likely, there you will find terms/concepts that you failed to learn. Once you understand them, you should do well going forward.

Another way to approach this (instead of back tracking) is to stop and ask yourself to define each term that is being used in a problem you don't understand. I bet you will discover one or more terms that you can't define. Therein, lies your problem(s).

Best wishes and good luck.

I like to make notes on how to do certain problms on notecards. Then I put them in my mathbook so I always have them with me. Ask your teacher if its ok to use them during tests though. My teacher said it was ok.

Hope this helps!
