My phone is broken, along with its Sim Card. Is it possible to replace the sim card without paying? I know I have to go and call the company, but does it cost money? Do I just go and ask them? Or what? Thanks.

Please do contact customer care and have them put your account on suspension so no one can use the sim card that you dont have now. Then apply for a new sim(if you like to have the same number). If not you can get it from a stores.

If your sim is broken, then no, they shouldn't charge you.
