So I have a fee to pay my "agency" and my mom already paid for some and my dad too, and it seems they're out of money, and I guess it's on me to get the rest. Is there anything I can do around my school or neighbourhood to collect money in a few months??

Get a paper route, mow lawns, rake leaves, become a "pooper scooper" service for owners of dogs.

Why don't you try mowing lawns or doing odd jobs such as yard work or a newspaper route?
