I'm starting a cleaning business for repo homes and vacant residences but I'm not quite sure what to charge,it's a dirty job so I would like to get paid fairly for my services and still be able to pay employees.

A real good place to start is looking around your local area and find someone doing the same thing, Call and get a quote.
Or contact your local S.C.O.R.E. office and try to get in to see someone. SCORE is a group of retired business men & women that can help you get your business off the ground, and they generallydon't charge anything.
Remeber, in starting your business you might feel as though your rates are high but don't short yourself. This is a quick way to end a business fast.
