Counter Strike question?

My computer is messing up horribly and i need to use system recovery to clean off the drives. Once I do this does anyone know if it is possible to redownload my game even though I have already regestered or do i have to buy a completely new game?

how do i know what my account log in is?

If you use steam you can automatically re-download the games from them.

your games that you bought off steam are saved to your account.. so you can reinstall counter strike once you log onto steam again... you dont have to pay again...
