I agree with Moby. Leaving the US would not be a problem after your parole, but ENTERING another country may be. The laws of the country you are traveling to would govern that. Some countries don't allow people with criminal records to enter.

Yes, but you need permission from the country you are going to. I know if you have a criminal record and try and come here from a different country, you're usually rejected a visa.

Example: Snoop Dog was able to leave the country, but his visa was rejected by British officials. So it is possible for a felon to travel abroad. Don't know if consulting yahoo answers is the best way to formulate your decision though!

Yes you can. You could run into problems getting a visa for an extended stay in another country. But for tourism, go for it, no problem.
