Their blood is the same color as everyone elses. If you mean do they have African roots, the answer is that we all seem to have those roots. This is according to the world genome project.

Polynesians and aborigines have very idfferent origins.
In relation to the "black blood" comment, ALL races would have it, considered we all (supposidely) come from Africa.

Polynesians actually originated from Taiwan (Asia) and moved across the pacific about 3000 (can't quite remember how long...sorry) years ago. There is some mixing from Paupa New Guinea(PNG). THere are also 3 main groups of "polynesians" or pacific islanders...Melonesian, micronesian and polynesians, THe first 2 are more like people of PNG.
Aborigines have been isolated for up 40-60,000years...much longer. They moved out of africa about the same time as asians and before europeans. THe moved along the coasts until they reach australia and then became seapated after ice ages and sea levels rose.

Not any more than anyone else outside of sub-Saharan Africa. Over time the aborigines kept the dark skin because of the climate in which they live. Modern man all over the world is descended (at least mostly) from an emigration out of Africa about 60,000 years ago, although people on reaching different areas may have interbred with other species of man already living there, such as in Europe with Neanderthals.

Humans do not have black blood. They don't have black genes either. What they do have is a chemical called melanin in the skin that reacts to sunlight by making skin darker.
Ultimately, we all came from Africa. In addition, we share 99.5 percent of our genes with chimpanzees. The differences between human races is about as significant as that between different breeds of dogs, but with even less variation.
