i am considering getting breast lift an implants and one surgeon looked at my breast and said they are empty bags of skin what does this mean exactly? he said that this is a result of breastfeeding or chemotherapy that i had in the past. my breast no longer have any firmness and sagg it is like my breast don't have any muscle in them and are like loose skin plus they are sooo small like a size 32 A. i want to repair my breast but want to do it without surgery is this possible?.

i think empty bags of skin refers to the fact they are terribly fatty nor muscle. generally women with large breasts have a great deal of fatty tissue under the skin if you are not very large the skin has stretched and has no filler above the bone. no biggie, i hope you werent offened. cause with inplants you'll have breasts full of water or gel.. good luck

It's most likely that through breast feeding you lost a lot of the mass in your breast tissue. When you were nursing you breasts became full with milk and it stretched the tissue which won't ever go back to the way it was. Also through aging and even weight loss you lose the firmness you had in the past.
From the sounds of it, you have a bit more skin than internal tissue to fill it. Though I think your doctor used a poor choice of words.

Hi, your breasts are made of fatty, fibrous tissue and are supported by muscle. In your case you may have less fatty tissue, but this surgeon sounds like an insensitive ****, who would like you to feel even worse about yourself, so you pay him to make it "better". Small boobs are best. Implants are, in my view, a waste of money. Natural breasts are all different and i would think long and hard why you are unhappy with your normal sounding boobs. Is it because media images make you feel inadequate? Or a bitchy friend made a comment? If i were you, i would spend your money on something more worthwhile and a push up bra.
