It's me again, I had asked awhile back about a fathers rights if he is a child molestor, drug addict, and a deadbeat. We had the hearing today, and the Guardian at Litem, after getting evidence of all of the above. Not only kept visitation, but gave him more time because of spring break. I know this sounds far fetched, I know your saying to yourself, "how could he allow this "man" around these kids. But this is the same thing we keep asking ourselves. I am not making this up, this is the truth. Please help. We need any help we can get to protect these kids.

Like the above comment, I am of the mind, that it would be extremely unusual if the above statements had been proven that the father in question would be allowed to have unsupervised visitation rights.

The only way I could think, is if he was never found guilty in court of these things. That is the crimes were not reported to police, investigated, he was not charged, he was not found guilty, or he was charged by acquitted in court.

If what you say is true, and you haven't done so already, report him to the police. If he was acquitted there's not a lot you can do except appealing the decision - but even then I wouldn't fancy your chances.

Well, obviously, false charges have been filed against the father - usually by a disgruntled ex-wife or ex-girlfriend who is the mother of the child. Some women use their children as tools to harm the father to "get even" or to "get revenge"...you may have done that.

No court in the land would let a father have unsupervised visits with his children if he was a molester and drug user.

You can't just accuse somebody without proof.
