Hmm, well there's actually more than 4, but here are the 4 major ones you're probably referring to:
Thoracic cavity: holds the lungs and heart. This can be broken down into two pleural cavities (one for each lung) and a pericardial cavity (for the heart); so the thoracic cavity is really a combination of three cavities.
Peritoneal cavity (aka 'abdominal cavity'): houses the intestines, liver, kidneys, pancreas, gall bladder, spleen, stomach, and probably one or two other organs I'm forgetting.
Pelvic cavity: houses the genital organs and bladder.
Cranial cavity: where the brain is.

That's a medical question, and you're in law and ethics category. No one who knows will find your question.
As for everyone answering, a body cavity can be defined as follows: a visceral cavity, such as the thoracic, abdominal, or pelvic cavity. ----- not what you were thinking at all

Depending on how you count, I don't think there are four. I count 2 ears, your mouth and your rear. If something enters you mouth and travels far enough though your digestive tract, it will come out your rear. Since I would not consider your ears body cavities, I'm down to one.
And I agree with the first answer, this is not a Law & Ethics question.

Um, is that really a legal question? I realize that sexuality is often tied up with morality, and further down the road ethics, but is that really what you're asking?
