What brand of eyeliner works best (one that wont smear)

Make sure that at night you are not removing with an oil based makeup remover such as vasaline or baby oil because the next day your makeup will smear more easily
As far as product goes, I love Clinique's Quickliner...it is a gel that dries and stays put and you can sharpen it by just rolling it against a tissue...

liquid eyeliner is suppose to not smear but it's tricky to put on. the best brand is nyc its cheap and it works.

I use this Avon kind "glimmerstic" it's a pencil, but glides on so great. It hardly ever smears..(unless you do it on purpose) Although I used to sell Avon, I do not anymore...I was the world's worst Avon sales lady.
Damn door slammers.

The one that works the best is revlon color stay it stays on for up to 16 hours and hasnt smudged on me since

MAC stays on all day and doesnt smear i suggest the color ebony
