- i want to model because i love to do it.
- i have a well-shaped body. i'm very slim & tall.
- i'm prepared for what the ruthless industry may throw at me. i know i won't become anorexic, and i can deal with criticism.

you have freckles and disproportionate nose (which is a bit too long and bulbous) and lips (which may be because of your braces) to the shape of your face. but, your eyes are very nice. and you also look a bit young.
(i'm only being honest)

if you really want to be a model, then you should try..it never hurts to just try because you never know :) just keep in mind the modeling industry is very cut-throat, so if the first tries don't work, but it's something you really want to do, don't quit.

good luck if you decide to pursue a modeling career :D
(btw, never assume you can just rely on modeling alone..most models have a second job until they make it REALLY big. and even when they do make it, modeling careers don't last more than 2 decades or so :P)

You might be able to do some department store modeling, you are a very pretty girl, oddly enough you don't have to be pretty to model, in fact having a distictive look can be a hindrance, they like models who can paint on a look and look like everyone else. You do have to be tall, at least 5'8" really, and of course a sample size, a two now I believe, when I modeled it was a six. I did junior stuff back in the dark ages, and then with time and weight plus sizes 40 years later. I was too short for print. There is always some niche for someone who wants to give it a go, or if you speak well and easily you could try car shows and things.

Okay, speaking from experience, I modelled for about 3 years, and it's a ruthless industry.

The photos are very cute, and I'm sure you could do some editorial work.

But I wouldn't recommend anyone pushing themselves into it, you need to be prepared to be treated as a clothes horse and nothing more, the money IS good, but there is alot of pressure from agencies, casting agents and other girls to look a certain way..e.g. stick thin.

That pressure got to be and about 4 weeks ago I was diagnosed with anorexia. I'm not saying this to scare you, but you need to prepare yourself for this sort of life. Good luck :)

would you be offeded if i said i dont think you have what it takes...i mean your better than average but not a model, even though today's models arent that spectacular as they are trying to go for more "normal, but unique" looks...

i have a back ground in modelling, i worked for elite in chicago as well as suzan's a plus...

and your dream of becoming a model is not a very genuine one...practically everyone wants to or thinks they can become a model....its at a ridiculous level...yeah i can see how inviting it is...you dont do anything, you get to travel, and the pay, depending on your success can be good...

just get yourself educated and concentrate on more realistic things.

I just signed with an agency so I have been with alot of their girls already, and I can tell you, you DEFINATLY have a look!!! Looks arn't everything though, a lot of it is personality!!! I personally think that you should go for it! Just from reading your thing and looking at your pictures, you seem to be very fun and the camera loves you! If you are truly interested in modeling I would get with an agency and ask them about IMTA! Good luck in your future career!!!

Well, I have been modeling for 5 years, and I can tell you, no matter how pretty you are, there will always be someone prettier than you trying to get the same job. So, I think that, even if you are gorgeous (which i personally do not think you are...) its all about how much you want it and are willing to fight for it.

Well, you could be the next It Girl. It all depends upon what the agencies, companies and shows are looking for. Find an agent at a company with a solid reputation and see where you go! Watch out for scams...

You're pretty, but why would you want to be a model? Wouldn't you rather actually do something which contributes to society? By becoming a model, you actually contribute to increasing the anorexia rate among young girls. But whatever floats your boat! I would rather join the peace corps or donate to 3rd world countries, but I guess you would rather raise your self esteem rather than lower a poor african child's malnutrition!

You have a really artistic mind. But your images are focused on your face, in order to become a model, a well-shaped body is also important & how well you are able to express your emotions in a pose.

You are a very beautiful person. And, even if you don't make it into the modeling business you would make a heck of a photographer! You are very very good!
