hey i was just wondering, since countries dont have jurisdiction in consulates foreign in their country, if you commit a crime in for example the american consulate located in brazil will you be prosecuted in a brazilian court of law or an american court? thanks

btw i dont plan to commit a crime the question just came to mind :)

In the Brazil court.
If you are Brazilian , it will be difficult to obtain a visa to enter the States, so you are also being punished in the States
