Ok heres the deal-my mom has been giving me a large allowence every week to clean the house. Now she quit her job, and she didnt tell me that I wont be getting at allowence, and I have a bunch of pets I haev to buy things for. Im 15 and cannot find any jobs, so what can I do. I cant go into a strangers house to do anything and there is still snow on the ground.

Ive already tried babysitting, but I cant find anyone to sit for.
Also im not allowed to do any of those online things

What about taking up babysitting? Look into doing a babysitters course, which would only be a few hours for one day..... ask family members if they need any favors done in return for a small amount.
