My Xbox360 won't recognise my USB flash drive, can someone help?

I formatted the drive to FAT32 as advised in different forums yet it still seems to not work. Help would be appreciated if anyone can help.

did you try emailing microsoft? you may have one that isn't compatable! like PS2 for instance! there is a few that will not work!
