im 16 years old and had boyfriend on and off for almost 2 years. now everytime i try to date someone else i get scared and make myself sick over it and shortly break up with them, within a few days. i do this everytime i get a new boyfriend, and i really do make myself sick over this. can someone please help me?

Why are you scared? Are you afraid that your on again off again boyfriend will be mad? I speak form many years of experience. Sometimes you can love someone who is not good for you. It sounds like someone who is on again and off again isn't who you truly should be with right now. Find someone who thinks you are awesome and someone who makes you laugh! Don't feel afraid! I spent most of my growing up years being afraid of everything and I was 32 before I let myself go and take risks! I now have the most wonderful husband in the world and I thought there was no way he could exist! =) Good Luck! Be strong!

Sound like you need to take some time out to yourself and think about what you want. If you;re feeling like this whenever you meet somebidy new, you're not ready to move on to a new relationship. Take time out to yourself and focus on you. The right guy will come along. Good Luck!

Just give yourself some time to adjust. This sort of thing doesnt just go away overnight. Especially if the split up was over something that broke your trust in him.

agian.............
--------still like your old boyfriend maybe you are trying to tell yourself that you want him back by driving others off
either way, you need to at least give these new guys a try before kicking them to the curb
